Summary

Application hangs on submitting the final stage when a screen flow is configured with 2-3 stages. This occurs when the application is offline enabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure an access group and a case type to support offline processing
2. Create a screen flow with 2-3 assignment shapes
3. Submit the last assignment in the screen flow

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. A custom When rule which starts process at case type level is present. 

Resolution

Perform the following local-change: 
Change the process configuration to reflect Start Process to Always instead of When Rule in the case type.
