Unable to Withdraw or Resolve user stories in Project Management Framework (PMF).

Steps to Reproduce



Unknown


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. An error occurred while processing user stories earlier, which resulted in pxCoveredInsKeys not being present for those user stories.


Resolution



Perform the following local-change:

Run the PegaProjMgmt-Work.UpdateCoveredInsKeysOnStories activity with PMSysadmin/install to update the user stories with the correct pxCoveredInsKeys.

Note: The PegaProjMgmt-Work.UpdateCoveredInsKeysOnStories activity is provided as part of the HFix-22373, as a one time utility.
