Unexpected behaviour for Clipboard values after section refresh

SA-3968

Summary

1) Open modal window and change some values
2) On post activity change some property, that we display in SubSectionWeNeedToRefresh
3) After ModalWindow was closed I noticed that value of property wasn't changed

From tracer this property lost his value on Refresh Section.

Note: This issue was obseved after adding two actions on the Click Event for the button click that calls Model Window.
1st to call Local action that open Modal Dialog and 2nd to Refresh section(Other section) that you want to refresh following submitting modal window. This second action will be triggered after the local action is submitted.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Open modal window and change some values
2) On post activity change some property, that we display in SubSectionWeNeedToRefresh
3) After ModalWindow was closed we noticed that value of property wasn't changed

Resolution

The explanation for this behavior is as follows:
This section refresh is working as designed/expected. All editable value on the section will be submitted upon refresh and clipboard values will be updated accordingly.
This is the reason developer was seeing behaviour where clipboard 'ParticularProerty' property value gets replaced with value form the Second section after refreshing it.
We understand that this is a limitation and to overcome such a problems, Pega suggest to set property as read only and add button to edit it using modal window.

Such a scenario has already been discussed by product development team and addressed in later version of product i.e. Pega7.1 onwards.
This was tackled by and additional option for "Submit value upon refresh" while adding section refresh activity.
