Validation error icon overlapping with radio button

Summary
Post upgrade from PRPC 6.2 SP2 to Pega 7.1.9, users are getting error icon wrongly displayed on radio button. It is overlapping with radio button.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a section.
2. Configure radio button control(DisplayYesNo is the control used) as mandatory field.
3. Submit the flow to get error message on radio button.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error : User configuration.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
After changing free form layout (in which radio has been configured) width configuration to fill 100% from Pixel (Fit Content), it works fine.
Also user is suggested to use the dynamic layouts instead of free form layouts.
