Validation messages do not display in read-only mode fields

Summary
Validation messages do not display when control is in read-only mode even if the 'Show validation messages in read-only mode' check box is checked in the control.
However, the message is present in the Clipboard.

Steps to Reproduce
- Add a property in a section and configure in the Presentation tab to make the edit options read-only
- Check the 'Show validation messages in read-only mode' check box
- Run a Validate rule on the property
Root Cause
Validation messages are not added in the template metadata when control is read-only.
