Wait shape processes updates case urgency value to 0

Summary
A case type main flow pyStartCase is configured with two subprocess flows defined as a spin off. These two parallel flows have two Wait shapes configured on them. Both the Wait shapes advance the flow forward at deadline. When a case is created, the initial urgency is 15. However, after the case advances through the Wait shapes, the urgency goes down to zero.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a case. Check the urgency. It is set to 15.
- Wait until the deadline has processed for the Wait shapes. Check the urgency. It has changed to 0.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The pxUrgencyWorkSLA value was set to 0 when the ExecuteSLA activity processed the Wait shape.
Resolution
Apply HFix-50649.
