"Where am I" does not render using external portal

Summary
When using external portals, the "Where am I" functionality does not render the flow image in Pega 7.1.9.
Error Messages
Not applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
Invoke "Where am I" in an iframe.
Root Cause
The cause of this issue is that the iframe and the parent frame have different origins, which prevents ViewerData registering correctly.
Resolution
Apply HFix-25528.
