Workbasket assignment getting opened automatically

SA-29013

Summary

User was moving the assignment to workbasket and after moving the assignment to workbasket, perform harness screen in readonly mode is being displayed instead of confirm harness.

Error Messages

Not applicable

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a work object.
2. Finish an assignment and route the assignment to an workbasket.

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules. User has configured an case wide SLA rule and in the SLA rule they are using an customized activity. In the activity they are setting pyUrgencyWorkAdjust value to 100 and this in turn will fire a declare expression and set the value of pyUrgencyWorkAdjust property to pxUrgencyAssign property.
RESOLUTION

Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:

When an assignment is moved to workbasket, Out-of-the-box (OOTB) performB2BAssignmentCheck activity will be called and at the 3rd step of performB2BAssignmentCheck activity an OOTB IsUrgentAssignment when rule will be evaluated and checks whether pxUrgencyAssign property value is greater than 40 or not.

If pxUrgencyAssign property value is greater than 40, then it will consider the assignment as urgent assignment and the perform harness will be displayed instead of confirm harness.

As user was manually updating pxUrgencyAssign property value to 100, they are seeing perform harness in readonly mode instead of confirm harness.
