Worklist does not auto refresh



After processing an assignment from a worklist and closing the assignment from the Perform mode, the worklist renders again. However, the worklist does not refresh automatically and the assignment that was processed earlier is present in the list.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Select an assignment from the worklist.
  2. Process and close the assignment.

Root Cause

This behavior is as per Pega product design.


Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:

Since the worklist does not auto refresh, a manual Refresh icon is provided for the worklist in the Case Manager portal.
