Root Cause

A third-party product issue: Internet Explorer 11 browser.

Internet Explorer 11 browser partially supports Flex. The users modal template layout was configured to use Fill 100%.
As a result, Display flex caused invalid width to be generated for the modal window in the browser. Therefore, text displayed in a single line due to the large width of the modal window.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

In modal template for the pzModalHeader layout, select a different width other than Fill 100% (such as Pixels(Fixed)).
