Pega Client Advisory Board


The Pega Client Advisory Board (CAB) is a strategic focus group of clients who connect with the Pega product and leadership team to discuss Pega’s product roadmap and strategic vision for our low-code platform for AI-powered decisioning and workflow automation.

CAB members give Pega valuable feedback on how their organizations use Pega technology, as well as insight into how key business drivers validate and guide future planning.

Our program charter

The Client Advisory Board is an invitational program. Members have a unique opportunity to play an active role in providing input and validation in Pega’s product roadmap and strategic vision, helping to enhance our products and the client experience. The CABs are designed to support Pega software’s three core strategic application areas:

  1. One-to-one Customer Engagement
  2. Customer Service
  3. Intelligent Automation

Nominations are reviewed by the CAB leaders, who oversee the rotation of members into the program to bring a variety of voices to the product roadmap and strategy discussions.

Program membership

We welcome all Pega clients to express their interest in Pega’s Client Advisory Board. Think about how you can best represent your organization’s Pega journey and experience to provide feedback to our product teams. If you are interested, please reach out to a member of your account team to discuss the program in more detail.
