Unable to spin up the environment for the Pega 25 Community Hackathon

I clicked on the Pega Community Hackathon link in the welcome email.

https://community.pega.com/webform/hackathon_2025_signup_button

I am already logged in. However, the message says - "Please login or create an account to continue." and "You are not authorized to access this page."
