Why/How - Pega's Integration with a Proprietary AI/LLM to get control over data exchange

If a customer does not want to use Pega GenAI and instead wants to use their own proprietary AI/LLM, how can Pega Infinity 25 support that integration to have control on Agentic execution ? If yes, can you share us any documentation on the best practices to be followed?
