Cannot select radio buttons using tab key

Summary
Users cannot tab through the radio buttons, only the first one is selectable using the tab key. (The others must be selected using the arrow keys.)

Attempt to tab through multiple radio buttons
Root Cause
This is the generally accepted behavior for HTML radio buttons.
Resolution
This behavior is consistent with any other instance of an HTML radio button group.
Tabbing will bring you to the radio button group, but to actually select any of the buttons, you need to use the arrow keys.
Because this is consistent with all other HTML, changing it would cause Pega to deviate from generally accepted accessibility standards.
Use the arrow keys to naviage within a radio button group.
