Operator Details page does not open

Summary
It is not possible to edit the operator details in the Manager Portal (Administrator Tab-->Operations Management)
The operator page itself does not load when accessed from Internet Explorer 10.
Error Messages
NO error message is shown. The Operator Profile page is not getting opened up though
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Manager Portal and click on the Administration tab.
- In the administration tab, click on Operators Management under Operators Management collapsible section.
- On opening the operators management screen, click on any of the operators and try to edit/modify some details in the Operator profile page and save it.
Root Cause
To display certain UI controls properly on IE 10 and IE 11, user has to enable Compatibility mode.
Resolution
Enable Compatibility mode in IE 10 and IE 11 to display the operator page properly.
