Steps to Reproduce
- Launch the Interaction portal
- Create a new Phone Call
- Navigate to the AppContactSearch screen
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
In the PZBASE-DIV-LAYOUTS CSS file, the code to display default cursor on the dynamic layout when no mouse events are configured is missing.
Resolution
Apply HFix-47177.
