Chevrons and other UI component not properly on IAC gadget

Summary
Using IAC, the Perform harness is not getting displayed properly i.e The Chevrons and some SLA message.
Error Messages
The Perform harness is not getting displayed properly
Steps to Reproduce
Open the Peform harness via the IAC gadget.
Root Cause
IAC was piicking up the skin of the Developer portal rather than the skin of the user portal.
Resolution
For your IAC user, make sure the first primary portal (in the access group rule) is the user portal rather than the developer portal so that IAC will pick up the right skin.
