Meet Aditya

Let’s start off by learning a bit more about your life prior to Pega. Where are you from originally and what is your educational background?
I grew up in Latur in the state of Maharashtra in India. After graduating high school, I earned a degree in Computer Sciences from Sinhgad Institute of Technology. Upon my completion of university studies, I joined Zensar Technologies through a campus work placement and have been there since October 2018.

What motivated you to learn how to use Pega?
I was introduced to Pega when I joined Zensar. I don’t consider myself to be a hardcore coder but Pega’s low-code platform was straightforward to learn and it has become my favorite tool for application development. I find that I can develop anything on Pega since it is such an intuitive development platform.

How is Pega changing the organization where you work?
I joined my organization at a time when they were starting to migrate over to Pega and there have been very visible benefits in terms of business growth. My organization is also saving an incredible amount of time since app development was previously divided amongst multiple teams such as front- end development, backend development and DevOps. Now everything is being handled by a single team and that has increased productivity and revenue throughout the organization.
