404 error on clicking Website URL on Company in Sales Automation

Summary
On adding a website URL to a Company in Sales Automation and clicking the URL from the Review Harness, a 404 Error displays. This occurs if the URL does not contain http:// or https://.
Error Messages
Error 404: Requested resource not found.
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a website URL to a Company.
- Open the Company in the Review mode.
- Click the website URL.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The link was treated as an Application server resource instead of an external URL.
Resolution
Apply HFix-66760.
