Action section does not display for a particular Action Name

Summary
A a visibility condition of Param.TaskStatus!="<ActionName>" is configured on the pyCaseActionArea.
In the perform harness, the action section does not display for a particular Action Name. Error occurs on clicking another flow action from the menu.
This occurs after upgrading Pega 7.2.2 to Pega 8.1.1.

Steps to Reproduce
Set a visibility condition on the pyCaseAction area section include. The Visibility condition is an expression based on the parameter value.
Root Cause
In Pega 7.2, 'Run visibility condition on client' checkbox was present at design time. In the Pega 8 platform, this checkbox has been removed
The parameter value is only present in server side and not in the client. Thus, 'Run on client' based on the parameter value is not a valid combination.
Hence, the design time configuration was updated such that it does not display the 'Run on client' checkbox.
Resolution
As a local-change, replace the parameter value in the Visibility condition with a property reference.
