Alerts by Category by Day report not displaying end day data

Summary
In Autonomic Event Services (AES), Alert by Category by Day does not show alert data for the last day selected in the filter.
On selecting a particular date to view alerts, AES should display the day's whole alert log.
Instead of that, AES is displaying alerts only for the first minute for the day that is, 12.00.00AM to 12.00.59AM.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Login to AES portal.
2. Select a node and select the date range.
3. Run the Alerts By Category by Day report.
The last day alert report shows only till first minute of the day.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems AES rules.
An issue in RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY PEGAAES-UI-REPORTS SHOWREPORT. The control posts a Date value type, but the report parameter param.enddate is a DateTime property. When it converts from Date to DateTime, it sets the timestamp of the DateTime to midnight, or 12am. Because of this, it only shows data for the first minute of the last day in the report 12:00:00 - 12:00:59 am.
Resolution
Apply HFix-28712.
