Attachment menu is not accessible by keyboard

Summary
Attachment menu control's add menu button neither responds to the spacebar or enter keystrokes when JAWS is active.

Steps to Reproduce
1) Have access to the screen reader JAWS
2) Launch pyCaseManager7 portal
3) On a work object, open the advance attachment view either via the from the pyCaseAttachments section.
4) Navigate to the add button using the keyboard and hit the enter or spacebar key to open the menu.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is scheduled to be resolved in Pega 7.1.8.
