Summary

The background color in generated PDF documents appear in grey color. The expectation is to see the background white.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a PDF document with the out of the box pxCreatePDF activity.
2. Observe that the background color is grey.

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules.

Resolution

There is a available rule: - py-enduser71-workarea-overrides. 
Open this rule and look for below line.

/* Sets background color of page before anything loads */ 

Change it to include the following code.
 
/* Sets background color of page before anything loads */

background: white; 
}
