BIX Extract on Cloud fails with Error creating zip file

Summary
An agent is configured to run the pxExtractDataWithArgs activity which calls an extract rule, but the extract rule is failing with an error. This environment is hosted on the Pega Cloud.
Error Messages
ERROR your_user - Error creating zip file: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /BIXExtract/BIX_Extract_Files.zip (No such file or directory)
Steps to Reproduce
Create and run a BIX extract on the cloud.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
There is a specific BIX node created on the cloud for the purpose of running extracts on, this node is the only one with the directory structure setup to allow the BIX on cloud process to complete.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Ensure that the agent running pxExtractDataWithArgs is only running on the BIX node. User can find this information on the Node tab of the Agent rule form.
