Summary
When the option to hide rows in a report definition is enabled, the filter conditions are hidden, but the empty rows for those filter conditions remain in the grid that is displayed.

Steps to Reproduce
- Hide any of the filter conditions in a report definition.
- Open the report in the report viewer.
Root Cause
It is expected behavior. The option to hide filters is in the Report Viewer but not in Filter's section while prompting for filters.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-19443, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
