When opening a private version of a rule form with its keys on click of a button, a blank rule opens in a new tab.

Steps to Reproduce
- Add click event on a button or link in the Approval Check In flow.
- Configure 'Open Rule' action.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error: User configuration.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Update the 'Resolved By' field from 'Name' to 'Handle'.
