Blank screen displays after closing work object

Summary
When closing a tab, a modal window displays options to Cancel, Discard, or Save. On clicking any of these options, the tab does not close and a blank screen displays (that is, the contents are erased).

Steps to Reproduce
- Work in a multi-node environment with a load balancer.
- Configure the application such that the 'This form is dirty' modal window displays on closing a work tab.
- Click 'Yes'.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
A particular code in the pega_desktop_support.js text file attempts to navigate through the DOM. Part of the logic refers to the Mashup cookie. However, the logic should not be exercised if the Mashup is not used.
Resolution
Apply HFix-41474.
