Blank value is being treated as false

SA-66853

Summary

When a blank value is compared to false, it fails the first time when the screen is loaded. This occurs when the 'Run Visibility condition on Client' is selected in Pega 7.3.1.

Dynamic layout visibility is set based on a text property value.

For example, (.pyDescription!='false')

When the property value is blank, the value is treated as false. This occurs only when the validation is run on the client side for the first time.

This works correctly once the condition is evaluated to true.
