BLOB reads from OOTB pyLoadMyCasesNested activity

Summary
The application performs a database open of all the child cases to build a tree. The application has about 50 subcases. As a result, the case contents gadget's performance degrades.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a parent case with multiple child cases.
- Close the pcase.
- Reopen the parent case by enabling the Tracer. While building the Case Contents page, the BLOB reads the child cases.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-49961.
