Bulk action functionality is not working



When the user is performing Bulk transfer from the portal, by selecting "Transfer" as an action, then the assignments selected are not getting transferred and gives the processing status as "Failed".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch portal and perform bulk actions.
2. Select "process" action and click on "Transfer" from select actions menu.
3. Select assignments for transfer and choose the operator to whom the assignment needs to be assigned.
4. Observe the error on screen.

Root Cause

When opening the flow action of the assignment present in the bulk action screen, one could see the below configuration at user end.

The flow actions with these configuration are not qualified for bulk processing and does not appear in flow action list while execution.


By clearing the check box "Disqualify this action from bulk processing", the corresponding flow action is listed and is available for processing by the user when bulk processing is performed.
