Busy Indicator masks half of the screen only

Summary
The Busy Indicator does not display on the screen, on scrolling to the bottom to click a button, when the section height is more.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a grid with 200 rows per pagination in a section
- Add a button below the grid layout
- Configure on click Run Script > Show Busy Indicator, Run Activity, RunScript > Hide Busy Indicator function
- Run the case.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click the button.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules: Busy Indicator masking does not consider the content height upon mouse-scroll.
