Buttons do not load in Chrome with pymobilesnapstart activity

Buttons do not load on the Chrome browser when using the pymobilesnapstart activity. However, this works in the Internet Explorer browser.

Steps to Reproduce
- Use the pymobilesnapstart activity and OpenAssignment action.
- Pass the INS handle.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Multi-frame portal is not supported with pymobilesnapstart activity.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Add the below code snippet to the UserWorkForm:
