Chat queues cannot be configured correctly

Summary
When using Pega Customer Service 7.14 and Pega 7.1.9, issues arise when trying to configure a chat server.
The edit icon is missing from the list of queues, the calendar instance is changed for any queues, and the next synchronization fails.

This issue is caused by defects in the user interface of the configuration form.Resolution
