Checkbox not checked on click of Label

Summary
Unable to perform a set of actions configured to a Checkbox, as the user is unable to check the Checkbox when clicking a label in Internet Explorer.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Configure a Checkbox
2. Navigate to the Actions tab > Configure some actions using OnClick
Root Cause
An issue in the code that was included in the Checkbox label where the Checkbox event target was undefined.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:1. Configure OnChange instead of OnClick
2. Apply HFix-35032
