"Classgroup does not exist" when creating application in CPMFS

SA-167

Summary

When running application express on Customer Process Manager for Financial Services (CPMFS) 7.1.2, after the cases are selected, the next screen presents an error: "Data-Admin-DB-Classgroup does not exist."

Error Messages

pyClassGroup: Data-Admin-DB-ClassGroup instance does not exist.

Steps to Reproduce

Login into CPMFS as CPMFSSysadmin.

Launch the New Application menu.

Start building the new application by providing appropriate details.

The above error is seen after the cases are selected or in the final application build screen.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. There are two issues with setting the class group of classes. The issues manifest when you select the second promoter survey class and when you select interaction classes with any other class.

Resolution

This issue is scheduled to be resolved in Pega 7.1.6
