Summary
The nested grid configuration (expandable pane grid) has an on click local action event on button which gives unexpected results.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a repeating grid with expandable row configuration.
2. Configure another child grid on expansion. On click of child grid again, row should expand with another simple repeating grid.
3. The last repeating grid is configured with button, on click a modal window is opened.
4. Once the modal window is closed, the thread is not changed for other tabs and links in the screen.
Root Cause
The nested grid (expandable pane grid) with the on click local action is limitation with the product.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Replace the nested grids with Repeating Dynamic Layout.
