Coaching tips do not load and the coaching tip icon does not display.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a coaching tip for a case assignment.
- Assign the coaching tip to a user or workgroup.
- Log in as a user that has a coaching tip directly assigned or assigned to the workgroup
- Create a case where the coaching tip is created and assigned.
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Coaching tips are not populated in the Interaction flow.
The CPMDisplayCoachingTip activity invoked the coaching tip and this is not called in the Interaction flow.
A step in CPMPerformDefaults is added to invoke the CPMDisplayCoachingTip to display the coaching tip in the Interaction flow.
