“Corp ID” is not showing in the Best Bets in the Pega Marketing Portal
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Pega marketing Portal > Audience > Segment > Non-Visualization mode > Column Source >Autocomplete.
- Observe that “Corp ID” is not showing in the Best Bets in the Pega Marketing Portal.
Root Cause
System Working as expected. If any of the properties gets used in report definitions, list view or a summary view, they will become candidates for Best Bets over a period of time depending on how may time they are used in the reports. The top 50 most used properties are displayed as best bets.
Resolution
Use the required column in a report definitions, list view or a summary view as many number of times so that it comes up in the top 50 most used properties.
