Summary
System administrator reported consistent high CPU Utilization.
When administrator checks log one can see PEGA0028 alert is generated along with PEGA0004. Collection usage threshold exceeded for long-lived object memory pool.

Root Cause
Upon analyzing log, it can be seen that free memory was very low where as requestor count is very high.
Resolution
Increase the heap memory size to resolve the issue.
