Content does not load on expanding a field in a section

Summary
On expanding a field in a section, 'Loading' text displays on the screen and content does not load.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a section in the application.
- Create an icon in the section.
- On click configure the icon to expand the contents of the section.
- Click the icon.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Select the Defer Load checkbox in the section that must be expanded.
