Content on prior tab replaced without warning



When using the Customer Service Interaction portal and the maximum number of tabs are opened, the next work object launched replaces the content on the prior tab. No message is displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log into the Customer Service Interaction portal.
  2. Launch the maximum number of tabs on the work area.
  3. Launch one more tab (work object).
  4. Observe that it replaces the content of the prior tab without displaying a warning message.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
