[CPM 7.1.6] CSRUser 'isFormDirty' JS error on FinishAssignment

Summary
After applying PRPC 7.1.6 against a system that is already using CPM 7.1 R2 ML2 the following error was being observed when trying to run the Update Contact Comm Options
Error Messages
SCRIPT438: Object doesn't support property or method 'isFormDirty'
pega_ui_harness_12301499895!!.js, line 7 character 9428
Steps to Reproduce
1. Login to the CSR Portal with default CACSR operator.
2. Start a new phone call and select a contact.
3. Choose the "Update Contact Comm Options" action.
4. Click on Submit.
Root Cause
This problem was caused by an incompatibility between the 7.1.6 rule changes and the out-of-the-box CPM 7.1 R2 ML2 rules used by Update Contact Comm Options.
Resolution
HFix-10010 is now available to address this error.
