The Pega Customer Service for Insurance (Pega CSI) installation guide indicates that HFix-20140 is required. However, this hotfix is not valid for Pega 7.1.8.

Root Cause
HFix-20140 is not required in Pega 7.1.8 as the issue is already fixed in the release. HFix-20140 only applies to Pega 7.1.7.
Resolution
The root cause of this problem is an error/omission in product documentation:
This issue has already been fixed in Pega 7.1.8, however the Customer Service for Insurance installation guide (https://pdn.pega.com/documents/pega-customer-service-for-insurance-713-installation-guide) does not specify that the fix is only required for Pega 7.1.7.
