Customizing the wording of "Confirm Close"

Developer needs to know how to customize or translate the text "Confirm close" which is displayed on closure of any dirty rule.

Default wording is as below:

Confirm Close
You are about to close an open work item which has changes that have not been saved.

This issue is resolved through the following local-change:

The text Confirm close is configured on the rule, pyModalHeaderDirty it’s an HTML rule.

It is recommended to create a field value rule named Confirm close of pyCaption in @baseclass. This rule can be used for customization.
