Data table rows not deleted

Summary
User has few data tables which are delegated to business users. When they click on delete icon the data is deleted from the screen but reappears on refresh
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a data table which is delegated to business users.
2. Go to Data Type’s Records tab and delete the row data. The data is deleted from the screen but it is showed again when clicking on refresh.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
pzInsKey was missing for the data table row. Due to this, activity, 'pzDeleteRecord' would exit at step 1 (WHEN condition returned false).
The commit step was not executed.
Resolution
Add pzinskey in the datatableeditor report definition of the data class.
