DB2 causes an error about exceeding dimension

Summary
Error in Pega code occurs in the CPMDSRetrieve_CustomerAndRelatedData activity (CL PegaCPMFS-Work, RS PegaCPMFS) on Step 9 while invoking the Call Rule-Obj-Report-Definition.pxRetrieveReportData report SearchNotes. While generating a report, the parameter 'value' is substituted with the parameter 'description'. Specifically a description of pyWorkPage.pyWorkParty. CifNbr is substituted instead of the value stored in the property. Hence, DB2 causes an error regarding exceeding dimension.
Error Messages
The value of a host variable in the EXECUTE or OPEN statement is out of range for its corresponding use.. SQLCODE=-302, SQLSTATE=22001, DRIVER=127.0.0.1
Steps to Reproduce
Invoke the Call Rule-Obj-Report-Definition.pxRetrieveReportData report SearchNotes.
Root Cause
SearchNotes pyWorkPage.pyWorkParty.CifNbr report was referred by incorrect pages and classes declaration in the report definition.
Resolution
Apply HFix-46546.
