Summary
The distribution tests run for more than four hours when executing a query for customer tables though data tables have a defined index. This occurs during the Data Flow for Campaign run.

Steps to Reproduce
Run a campaign.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
The database did not use a database index on the customer table and instead, performed a full database table scan with a few million records.
Resolution
Make the following change to the operating environment:
Re-create the database index.
