Attempt to use drag and drop multi-attach control in Chrome browser to observe issue.
Root Cause
Drag and drop multi-attach control is Internet Explorer specific. The control cannot be used with Chrome or any other browser.
Resolution
Drag and drop multi-attach control cannot be used with Chrome. Use the standard file attachment functions.
