Drilldown reports do not work on the Case Worker dashboard

Summary
Drilldown does not work for reports with charts when included in Dashboards in either the Case Worker or Case Manager portal.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a report definition with a chart and add a drilldown report to it.
- Run the report definition.
- Click any of the bars on the chart. The drill down displays the grid below.
- Include this on the dashboard.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules: Limitation with the pxChart control.
Resolution
As a local-change, use the chart control instead of the pxChart control.
However, if the requirement is to not provide the user with an option in pxChart control for Other Actions, perform the following:
- Navigate to General setting and enable the User Commands.
- Disable the Maximize chart.
- Display the detailed data in the embedded chart.
For the same behavior in the pxChart, an enhancement request, FDBK-16363, is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
