Duplicate Entry In Proposition Filter

Summary



A duplicate entry is created after mapping a Proposition data to its Offer flow.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create an Offer Flow for an already created Proposition data.
  2. Check the Proposition Filter for the Proposition Filter. Two instances of the same Proposition data are present. Verify the When rule mappings of the instances.
Note: The first Instance represents the correct mapping. However, the second Instance does not have any mapping as is is created from the Offer Flow.


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Resolution



Apply HFix-49245.
